These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Soundscape Imaging website and services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Soundscape Imaging provides:

• Diagnostic ultrasound imaging

• Radiologist‑interpreted reports

• Elective keepsake and OB ultrasound sessions

3. Not Medical Advice

Soundscape Imaging provides both diagnostic imaging services and elective keepsake ultrasound services.

Diagnostic studies are interpreted by board‑certified radiologists, and clients may receive a formal medical report when applicable.

Keepsake or non‑diagnostic ultrasound sessions are for bonding, visualization, and personal enjoyment only. These elective sessions do not replace medical care, are not intended to diagnose or rule out abnormalities, and should not be used as a substitute for prenatal care from a licensed healthcare provider.

All medical questions, concerns, or decisions should be directed to your physician, midwife, or qualified healthcare professional.

4. User Content

If you upload imaging files or other content:

• You grant us permission to use the content solely to provide services

• You confirm you have the right to share the content

• You agree not to upload harmful or illegal material

5. Payments

For paid services:

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated

• Prices may change with notice

• Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, images, and materials belong to Soundscape Imaging or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soundscape Imaging is not liable for:
